An Accredited Instructor will be working with the you and observing while you facilitate an investigation. They will help you become the company champion for an EPS Culture. You will be required to successfully complete a 100-question examination about the ARCA™ process, and certify that you have facilitated at least 10 investigations using RealityCharting®. You will also be asked to submit a Realitychart from one of your own investigations for review and approval by an Accredited Instructor.
